Post name : Trainee/Senior/Collection Executive (Trainee Assistant Officer)

Prime Responsibilities

• Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management.
• Ensure timely steps are taken for successful collection in line with business policy.
• Call/Visit and make necessary communication with customers.
• Attend customer and meet queries.
• Inform the senior management for any dispute with the client.
• Update client information in the recovery Software.
• Provide collection update to the senior management from time to time.
• Recommend legal steps as and when required.

Qualification & Other Competencies

• Minimum Graduate.
• 6 months experience in similar exposure is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned target.

Job Location

• Anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Job Nature : Full-time.
• Compensation & Benefit.

• Minimum monthly salary during training & development period: BDT 12,000.
• Minimum monthly salary after training & development period: BDT 14,000.
• Higher salary for experienced candidates.
